Read the alert
The email says which files changed and when.

Open Restore
In your cabinet choose to undo changes since the incident, or pick a date.

Deleted files return, overwritten files go back to their earlier versions.

Ask for a server restore
For files already erased for good, request a restore from a daily backup.
