Access control
- Roles: Admin, Editor, Contributor, Viewer.
- Groups, such as Design or Accounting, with access to folders given to the group instead of person by person.
- External guests: see only the folders you share, take no seat, and can be switched off by an admin.
- Several teams for one person, for example your own and your clients’.
Rules and visibility
- Team policies: invite only from your company domains, forbid public links or require a password and a maximum lifetime.
- Sharing policies: require recipient sign-in, forbid direct file links, restrict links to chosen domains, close links for confidential files.
- Audit log of uploads, downloads, renames, moves, deletions, sharing and permission changes, with filters and CSV export.
- Usage by member over 7 to 365 days.
- Lock, comment and approve: lock a file for 24 hours while editing and request a review.

No. External guests do not use a team seat.
Can one person be in several teams?
Yes. Switch between teams in the Team page.
What happens to files when someone leaves?
They stay in the team and pass to the owner. You can also hand them to another member before the person goes.
